The Cons
What can I say, there are very few. The most common complaint is that beans tend to get stuck in the hopper and don’t feed reliably into the grinder. This seems to occur when people use oily beans. We haven’t had this problem but we buy our beans from a local roaster who understands our requirements. Cleaning the frother can be tiresome as already mentioned but this is not different to most espresso machines with a frothing wand.
